Fishing Lures
There are many types or class of lures and they all depend on what type of fish works for them. Many only work for specific types but some cover a wide range of species of fish.
Below are some of the typical lures used for fishing.
Light Standard Casting Lures
For Standard casting lures, they are mostly able to attract a wide range of fish varieties from albacore, bluefish, bonita, oho and crappies. These lures are also excellent for certain species of bass fish and work best when retrieved from water at low to medium speed. They pass through water with undetectably synthetic material.
Their sizes are excellent for lightweight fish and a host of freshwater species. They range from 1/16 oz. to 3 oz.
The hand painted eye is enticing enough to allow schooling of fish. This feature allows for more chances of trapping one of the target fish in the water.
Heavy Standard Casting Lures
Heavy Standard Casting Lures are excellent for quite heavy fish specifically, walleye and bass. While the lightweight lures are used in most circumstances, it was shown that heavy counterparts provide more reliable fishing output.
Moreover, the heavy standard lures are able to catch fish than diamond and light standard casting lures.
Long Casting/Jigging Lures
Perhaps the most popular among the fishing lures are the long, tapered jigging lures. They are perhaps the most commonly used fishing lures among the fishermen in Florida, Mississippi and Louisiana.
Just recently, it was found out that the long casting lures work best for catching trout and pike. They were also found to effectively catch stripers and bluefish. They can catch tuna and walleye in a breeze!
Unlike heavy standard lures, this gear won’t produce good fish-catch output up to 180-200 ft under water but be sure to effectively match your lure color, bait and related accessories to maximize performance.

Principles of being a good fighter
though a lot of people associated with Bruce Lee or many claimed to have trained him or trained with him,
I can safely say that not many of them were privileged to his secret training method.
Bruce and I grew up together. We were friends since we were young boys. It was I who introduced Bruce
Lee to Wing Chun School in the summer of 1954. In the old days, the master would never teach the new
students. It was up to the senior students to pass on the Wing Chun lessons to Bruce. As I was his Kung Fu Senior of many years, I was instructed by Grandmaster Yip man to train him.

Getting started in Archery
Let us say that a child-someone between the ages of 10 and 16-is going to take up the sport of archery. You as the parent will want to take the child to a club or a shooting range and have them try out different sizes of bows, different arrow weights, different distances of shooting. You will also want to have the child observed by a skilled and experienced archer and get his advice on the right archery equipment for your child. If possible, you will want to buy your child used but needless to say in good condition archery equipment, as s/he is just a beginner and expensive investments in archery equipment is not needed at this time.

Snooker
In Snooker, the main object of the game is to score more points than your opponent. We are not used to the point system when playing billiards or pool, instead, we are more concerned with the ball count left on the table and the final sinking of the winning ball. Snooker is an entirely different game, with different rules, a different table, and, as mentioned, a different objective. Find out more about Snooker HERE

Pool VS Billiards
In our time, the two can easily be exchanged and mean the same thing. When people refer to one, it is assumed the other is also being included. On the technical side, there is a difference. Billiards is played with smaller balls. In billiards, only three balls are used white, yellow and red and both the white and the yellow ball can act as the strikers. Billiards is basically pool without pockets. Usually the cloth on a billiards table is much faster. The object in billiards (3 cushion billiards) is to hit the object ball then go three rails and hit the other ball, or hit 3 rails and hit both object balls with the cue ball (these are called caroms).

3 Paintball Skills
Paintball has consistently prevailed as the fourth major unconventional sport in the U.S. In fact, statistical reports say that there are almost 12 million paintball players worldwide with 104 countries participating in various paintball competitions. This shows that more and more people are enticed to play this game.
However, it does not necessarily mean that the game is easy. Most of the players contend that they have experienced many trials, hardships, failures, and defeat before they were able to master the game.
Experts insist that playing paintball, just like the other kinds of sport, needs some skills in order to win the game. These skills are the primary tools that every paintball player must try to learn. Once they have mastered these skills, winning the game is relatively simple.
Here is the list:
1. Basic stance
The problem with most players is that they tend to face the bunker whenever they are standing next to it. This is such a difficult stance because it will give the player inadequate balance and a time-consuming response.
The best way is to stand behind the bunker with the foot that is opposite with the paintball marker or gun in lead. For instance, if a player holds the marker with the right hand, the left foot should be in lead.
2. Trick shot
It is important for every paintball player to know the psychological aspect of the game. This means that the player must know how to think and act appropriately according to the possible actions of the other players.
Therefore, fire some “trick shots” in an area where the other player is probably hiding. It does not necessarily mean that firing too many shots creates advantage. The object of this skill is to create a ploy that will instigate the player to respond in return if ever he is really in that area.
3. Run and Shoot and Run
Like any person in a battle, it is best to master this type of skill in order to achieve the best action and win.
The problem with most players is that they continue to hide thinking that they can win because they remain invisible to their opponents. The point is that a player can never win if he does not try to eliminate his opponents.
Mastering this skill will definitely give every player an edge over the others.
In every activity, there is an equal skill to master. Mastery of these skills will ensure that the player can win the game.

How to Fight in Hockey Successfully
Sometimes hockey players lose their cool on the ice and
get into a fight with an opponent. The fights look
spontaneous and unplanned, but there are many techniques
and tricks that will help a player to be a better fighter.
When a fight begins, the first thing to do is to drop your
stick and gloves onto the ice. It is always better to punch
with your bare fists so it hurts the opponent more. Also, it is
easier to grab with your bare hands. Next, you must rip off
the opponents helmet by grabbing the back of the helmet
and pulling it toward yourself. Once you have the helmet off,
the real rumble begins. From this point on in the scuffle,
there are a few very successful techniques used by the best of
the pros to win the fight.
One very good way to win is to, first, punch the
opponent in the stomach so he bends over toward you. Next,
grab the bottom of the back side of his jersey and forcefully
pull it over his head. By pulling the jersey over the
opposition's head, you make it so he can't see or move his
arms very well. With the jersey over his head, you can finish
the fight by throwing the punches that you throw the
hardest to your opponent's face and stomach.
Another good technique is to grab the opponent's collar
of his jersey right below his chin with one hand and pull him
foreword quickly. While you slam him forward, use your
other hand to punch him in the face. This technique hurts
the opponent the most because his momentum moving
toward you makes the blow twice as hard as an ordinary
punch. Continue to use this technique over and over until
the fight is done. The opponent usually will not know where
he is, so it will be a fairly easy fight.
Along with the previous techniques, there are also a few
tips that will help you out. First of all, avoid throwing your
opponent on to the ice. When you do this, the referees can
easily break up the brawl. Also, always keep your hands up to
be able to block blows to the face and head area. Lastly, try
not to pull the opponent's hair. This is considered to be very
cheap in a hockey fight.
On a final note, by following all these tips and
techniques, you will be a good fighter in hockey. When you
do get into a fight, use these techniques along with your own
style. It will be very pleasing to you and spectators if you
have your own signature fighting style. Although these tips
and tricks mentioned will help you to fight well, they do not
always assure a painless victory. An opponent will sometimes
sneak in a few lucky punches. Try to avoid getting hit in
tender areas such as the nose and eyes by moving your head
aside when an incoming fist comes. In closing, fight smart,
and you will fight successfully.
